Fullriver Battery produces sealed, maintenance-free batteries that are nonhazardous, non-spillable. They meet all requirements of the International Air Transport Association (I.A.T.A.), the International Civil Aviation Organization (I.C.A.O.), the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (I.M.D.G.), and the Department of Transportation (D.O.T.). More than 98% of the lead in batteries is recycled - placing lead-acid batteries at the top of the list of most highly recycled consumer products. The recycling loop of a lead-acid battery goes on indefinitely.

Q: For the dual battery kit, on a 3rd gen Tacoma, would the oem alternator also need to be replaced? What models work for the alternator, and what else is needed, if anything? Is there an available setup to accommodate lithium batteries, like the Dakota brand ones for example, or is it only designed to work with the recommended AGM models?

A: You do not need to upgrade the factory alternator. There are no lithium batteries currently available that not only meet the requirements to install and operate under the hood, but also also the correct size to fit in the tray.
