SHIPPING POLICY
TURNAROUND TIME
The majority of orders containing items listed as “In Stock” will ship the same day if placed on a weekday before 2PM CST/ 3PM EST. Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time. Items listed as “Backorder” typically ship by the estimated ship date listed on the product page. These estimated dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change periodically. We do monitor backorders on a daily basis to ensure your order ships as soon as possible.
TRANSIT TIMES
Expedited shipping is guaranteed on 'In Stock' products only. Non-stock items will ship as soon as they become available. When selecting the shipping method for your order, please keep in mind that when we show shipping days, we are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays observed by UPS. See below for ground shipping times via UPS.

OUT-OF-STOCK ORDERS
If an order is placed for a product that is labeled “Backorder”, we will keep your order in our system and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Genesis Offroad reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to get your products to you sooner. If you wish to split your order voluntarily due to an out of stock item, please contact us at [email protected].
BILLING / SHIPPING ADDRESSES
If you wish to have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address, please be aware that your order may require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays. We recommend allowing extra time for order fulfillment when shipping to an alternate address. DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT
If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify us immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Genesis Offroad is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence. Regardless of whether or not the package was signed for, packages that show "Delivered" via ups.com will be deemed the property of the recipient. Once the package becomes the property of the recipient, Genesis Offroad's liability for that property ends, and any further responsibility for that property becomes solely that of the recipient. Any claim that involves loss, theft or any other reason for non-receipt of packages that have become the recipient's property will be denied.
TRACKING NUMBERS
With the exception of Odyssey batteries, all items listed on our website ship directly from our warehouse in Olive Branch, MS. Tracking information is provided as soon as it is available; typically the same day the order is placed.
